Occasional field notes on running a kitchen and invitations to try new Sous Chef tools. Signing up does not create a product account or enroll you in a testing program.
Where your information goes
The signup form sends your email address and the location of the signup form directly to Buttondown, our email service. Buttondown manages confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribes. Email addresses are not stored in this website's source code.
Buttondown also processes technical information needed to run its service, such as IP addresses. Email open and click information may be collected depending on newsletter settings. See Buttondown's privacy policy for its data practices.
Your choice
You must confirm your email address before receiving updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. If you have a question about your subscription or would like your subscriber information deleted, reply to a newsletter email.
